How do I join a webinar?

Once you have registered successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. Webinar link will also be shared in reminder emails shared one day and one hour before the webinar starts. Please open link (which you have received to email) in your browser at the scheduled time. You should be able to join the webinar. You can also check the attendee guide for your kind reference.

After I register, will I get a reminder for the webinar session so that I don’t miss it?

Yes, please be assured you will receive reminders one day and one week before the webinar.

I cannot hear or see the webinar.

Try refreshing your browser. If that doesn’t work you may need to leave the Zoom webinar and re-enter using the link.

I haven’t received my certificate of attendance?

Your certificate will be emailed to you within a week of the webinar. Check your junk folder as the email containing a link to your certificate may be there.

If you have not received the email, please contact the webinar team and provide the webinar title and date, and your full name.

I couldn’t watch the webinar, can I still get a certificate of attendance?

We only issue certificates to those who have attended one of our live webinars.

How can I ask questions to the speaker?

Once you have joined the webinar, you can post your queries in the questions in chatbox displayed on your screen.

Can other attendees see the questions I posted?

No, only the speaker would be able to see the queries posted and answer them verbally.

Will I receive the certificate of participation for attending the webinar?

You will receive the certificate for attending our webinars.

Can other people hear you on a webinar?

People can hear you on a webinar only if you have turned the mic. A tip is to turn on your mic or unmute yourself during the webinar only when you have to react or say something.

Can I attend a webinar on my phone?

Yes, you can attend a webinar event from a phone if the organizer has chosen a webinar platform that provides multi-device support & compatibility.
