Dr. Rabah Boukherroubreceived a PhD in chemistry from the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France. He is currently a CNRS research director at the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology (IEMN), CNRS & University of Lille, France. His research interests are in the area of functional materials, surface chemistry, and photophysics of semiconductor/metal nanostructures with emphasis on nanomedicine, photocatalysis and electrocatalysis. He has published many research publications, wrote 43 book chapters and co-editor of 10 books in subjects related to nanotechnology, materials chemistry, and biosensors. He has 15 patents or patents pending.

Professor Raman Singh primary research interests are in the relationship of Nano-/microstructure and Environment-assisted degradation and fracture of metallic and composite materials, and Nanotechnology for Advanced Mitigation of such Degradations. He has also worked extensively on use of advanced materials (e.g., graphene) for corrosion mitigation, stress corrosion cracking, and corrosion and corrosion-mitigation of magnesium alloys (including for the use of magnesium alloys for aerospace, energy, defence and bioimplant applications). Prof Singhis a senior professor at Monash University, Australia. He is/was a Guest Professor at ETH Zurich, Switzerland (2020, 2023, 2024, 2026), US Naval Research Lab, Indian Institute of Science, University of Connecticut, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He worked as a scientist at Indian Atomic Energy and as a post-doc fellow at University of New South Wales, Australia. Prof Singh professional distinctions and recognitions include: Guest Professor of ETH Zurich, Editor of a book on Cracking of Welds (CRC Press), Lead Editor of a book on Non-destructive Evaluation of Corrosion (Wiley), Editor-in-Chief of an Elsevier and an MDPI journals, leader/chairperson of a few international conferences and numerous plenary/keynote lectures at international conferences, over 285 peer-reviewed international journal publications and 15 book chapter, and several competitive research grants (that includes 4 Discovery, 7 Linkage and one ITRH grants of Australian Research Council). Prof Singh has supervised 61 PhD students. His vibrant research group at Monash University comprises of PhD students from different disciplines (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials and Mining Engineering, and Science) as well as from different cultural backgrounds (Australian, Middle-eastern, Chinese, Malaysian, Indian, African, North American and Israeli).

Prof. Afang Zhang obtained his PhD from Peking University. He became an associate professor in 1992 and full professor in 1998 at Chemistry Institute of Henan, China. He was worked as postdoc at the Deutsches Kunstst off institute and senior researcher at Free University of Berlin. Since the beginning of 2005, he joined ETH Zü rich as a senior scientist. Until the end of 2009, he retuned back to China and joined Shanghai University as a distinguished professor. Thereafter, he became a 1000-plan Scholar. He has published more than 160 papers, and 8 book chapters. His main research interest includes helical dendronized polymers, stimuli-responsive polymers, and their supramolecular assembly.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches over 230 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, in the coronavirus outbreak and retirement life in five year of his retirement, 2020 and 2024. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M. Sc theses. He is also technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File.

Paulo C. DE MORAIS (H-60), PhD, was full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013, Appointed as UnB’s Emeritus Professor (2014), Appointed as Guest Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology– China (2011), Visiting Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015), Appointed as Distinguished Professor at Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019), Appointed as Full Professor at Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil (2018), Appointed as CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010. 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB, 2008-member of the European ERA NET Nanoscience Committee, Member of the IEEE-Magnetic Society Technical Committee, Senior Member of the IEEE Society, 2012 China’s 1000 Foreign Expert Recipient, and 2012 Academic Excellence Award from Brazilian Professor’s Union. He held two-years (1987-1988) post-doc position with Bell Communications Research – New Jersey, USA and received his Doctoral degree in Solid State Physics (1986) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – Brazil. He graduated in both Chemistry (1976) and Physics (1977) at UnB.ProfessorMorais is member of the Brazilian Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE. He has served as referee for more than 50 technical journals, takes part of the Editorial Board of more than 15 technical journals and has conducted research on nanomaterials for over 40 years.He is known for his research in preparation, characterization and applications of nanosized materials (magnetic fluid, magnetoliposome, magnetic nanoemulsion, magnetic nanocapsule, magnetic nanofilm, magnetic nanocomposite, nanosized semiconductors, polymeric dots, carbon dots, and graphene quantum dots). Brunello Tirozzi of Mathematical Physics at the University of Rome La Sapienza, Department of Physics. Retired in 2015, since then associate to Enea Research Center of Controlled Fusion at Frascati, Rome. I have published 170 research papers on different fields: elementary particle physics, quantum lattice models, classical dynamics of particle systems, Gibbs random fields for classical spins, central limit theorem for Gibbs random field, Gibbs state for the system with random interaction, neural networks, storage of patterns, Hopfield model. Models of biological neurons. Neural networks description of the immune system. Solutions of hydrodynamical equations, asymptotic expansions. Dr. Maria Gazouli is a Biologist and Professor at the Medical School of NKUA. She earned her first PhD from the Department of Biology at NKUA in collaboration with the Hellenic Pasteur Institute, and her second PhD from the Department of Microbiology, Medical School, NKUA. She completed postdoctoral training in Cell Biology and Pharmacology at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.Her research focuses on the molecular/genetic basis of autoimmune/inflammatory diseases and cancer, molecular detection of pathogens, and disease pathogenesis. She also works on nanotechnology applications in cancer detection, imaging, and targeted drug delivery. Dr. Gazouli received a Fulbright Scholarship for nanotechnology-based biosensor arrays for colorectal cancer cell detection at the University of Maryland, College Park, and further training at Northeastern University in Boston on targeted drug delivery using nanotechnology. She has authored over 400 international publications with more than 17,800 citations (h-index: 66, Google Scholar), holds one international and three European patents, and has given over 60 invited lectures worldwide. She has mentored numerous young scientists, serves as editor and peer reviewer for several scientific journals, and is an evaluator for national and international research funding bodies. Dr. Gazouli coordinates EU- and nationally-funded research programs and led the European Joint Action on Rare Cancers with over 20 research groups across Europe. She teaches Biology, Genetics, and Nanomedicine at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at NKUA and other universities in Greece and abroad. She has also contributed to Greek textbooks in these fields. She has served as a Board Member of the National Organization for Medicines (EOF, 2019 to 2023), National Representative to the Committee for Advanced Therapies (CAT, 2021 to 2023), and is currently a member of the Governing Committee of the Central Health Council (KESY, 2023 to present).

Thomas J. Webster (H index: 133) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995, USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 30,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Hebei University of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies .Prof. Webster is a former President of the U.S. Society for Biomaterials and has over 1,350 publications to his credit with over 55,000 citations. Dr. Shuo Zhao is professor/PhD Superviser in Communication University of China (CUC) and guest professor/PhD Superviser inUniversity of Malaya(UM) and Krirk University of Thailand. He received his two Ph.D in Shanghai International Studies University and Northwestern Polytechnical University. He did his Postdoctoral Research both in Fudan University, Shanghai of China and Universitat of Barcelona, Barcelona of Spain. Professor Shuo Zhao ever presides over National Social Science Fund in China, China Postdoctoral Science Fund, Humanities and Social Science Fund of Chinese Ministry of Education, National Education Science Program, Social Science Fund of Shaanxi Province and Research Project on Major Theoretical and Practical Problems in Shaanxi Province, etc. He publishes 100 papers and articles approximately. He is awarded as International Humanity Scholar by American Common Ground Publishing and CEU of Spain in 2014. In addition he is awarded as Emerging Humanity Scholar by American Common Ground Publishing and Imperial College London in 2017. Recently he is awarded as Emerging Scholar by University of Pennsylvania in 2018 and University of Hawaii in 2025.

Dr. Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics and Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR. He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study. Furthermore, he performed the Habilitation (qualification as university professor) in Medicine and Informatics. He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, and thereafter Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen. Thereafter, he acted until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center at the University of Regensburg as well as Head of the globally unique International Interdisciplinary PhD and PostDoc College. He was and is still leadingly involved in many countries health digitalization as well as electronic health record strategy. He published more than 600 papers, published/edited many books and supervised a big number of PhD students from all around the world. He was German Representative to many SDOs such as HL7, ISO, CEN, OMG, IEEE, ASTM, SNOMED, etc., also chairing the national mirror groups. Furthermore, he still engaged in international higher education.He is Fellow of several international academies.

Dr. Ihsanullah Obaidullah is a Chemical Engineering academic and researcher with over ten years of teaching and research experience, including more than four years of postdoctoral work. His research expertise includes desalination, water treatment, membrane separation processes, adsorption, and environmental impact assessment. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia, a globally recognized institution, where his doctoral research focused on the synthesis of novel carbon nanotube membranes for advanced water treatment applications.

Victor S. Abrukov is the Professor at Chuvash State University (since 1996), Head of Department of Applied Physics and Nanotechnology (since 1996). He is an expert of the Federal Register of Experts of the Ministry of Education and Science (since 2012). He is Honored Scientist of the Chuvash Republic (2013). Dr. Jerusa Maria de Oliveira is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL), Brazil, working on the project "Development of New Functional and Strategic Nanomaterials for Medical Applications" (CNPq). With a Ph.D. in Cellular and Structural Biology from the Federal University of Viçosa, her expertise bridges animal ecophysiology and toxicology with biotechnology development. Her pioneering research, published in high-impact journals, utilizes in vivo models such as Drosophila melanogaster and zebrafish (Danio rerio) to investigate the biocompatibility and toxicity mechanisms of nanomaterials and environmental pollutants. Pedro Fonte is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, University of Algarve, Portugal. He is an Integrated Member of the Center for Marine Sciences (CCMAR) at the University of Algarve and a Collaborative Researcher at the Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences (iBB) at Instituto Superior Taccnico, University of Lisbon. Muhammad Danish Ali is a dedicated researcher ( Google scholar h index 12) specializing in Energy Storage Materials at Silesian University of Technology in Katowice, Poland. He is completing his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Anna Starczewska from Silesian University of Technology, Katowice, Poland. With a solid academic foundation in material science from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, he has focused his research on the properties and applications of materials essential for advancing energy storage technologies. His work plays a crucial role in innovations related to renewable energy, electric vehicles, and sustainable power systems. Before his current focus, Muhammad Danish Ali conducted extensive studies on Dielectric Properties and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), gaining a deep understanding of material interactions with electromagnetic fields. Dr. Chandra Kumar is a materials scientist specializing in nanostructured thin films and advanced surface analysis, with a particular focus on fractal and multifractal characterization of complex material systems. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Mayor, Santiago, Chile. His research aims to understand the fundamental relationship between nanoscale surface morphology and functional properties by applying fractal and multifractal theories to nanostructured materials used in optoelectronic and electrochemical devices. His scientific work emphasizes the role of surface complexity, scaling behavior, and spatial heterogeneity in determining the optical, electronic, and electrochemical performance of nanomaterials. Through fractal and multifractal approaches, he investigates growth mechanisms, roughening dynamics, and hierarchical surface architectures in thin films and nanostructures. These studies provide deeper insights into structure–property correlations in materials used for solar cells, photodetectors, sensors, and energy storage systems such as supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries. Dr. Kumar has authored more than 70 scientific publications, including research articles, reviews, and book chapters in Web of Science and Scopus indexed journals. His publications appear in internationally recognized journals such as ACS Applied Nano Materials, Ceramics International, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Vacuum, Catalysis Today, and IEEE Sensors Journal. A significant portion of his work focuses on fractal and multifractal surface analysis of nanostructured thin films, demonstrating how surface scaling parameters influence optical constants, charge transport, and electrochemical behavior. He has extensive experience in the synthesis and fabrication of nanomaterials using techniques such as magnetron sputtering, chemical vapor deposition, metal-assisted chemical etching, and wet chemical synthesis. His research is supported by advanced characterization techniques including atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and electrochemical measurements, which enable quantitative evaluation of fractal dimensions and multifractal spectra. His current research projects focus on the development of advanced nanostructured materials for energy storage and conversion. These include the synthesis of spinel Li(MnNiCo)O₄ cathode materials grafted with graphene quantum dots for lithium-ion batteries, and the design of 1T MoS₂–conducting polymer nanocomposites incorporating graphene quantum dots for high performance supercapacitors. Through these projects, he aims to apply fractal and multifractal surface engineering strategies to improve ion transport, charge storage, and energy conversion efficiency in next-generation energy devices.

Prof. Tokeer Ahmad, full Professor of Chemistry at JMI Delhi (graduated from IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi) is extensively working on multifunctional heterostructures for HER, CRR and NRR applications towards green energy and sustainable environment. Prof. Ahmad has supervised 16 PhD’s, 93 postgraduates, 10 projects, published 244 research papers with cumulative impact factor ~950, one patent and three books with research citation of 11590, h-index of 64 and i10 index of 202. Prof. Ahmad is active reviewer of 224 journals, delivered 245 Invited talks, evaluated 77 external doctoral theses and presented 140 conference papers. Prof. Ahmad is the recipient of prestigious CRSI/MRSI/SMC/ISCAS Medals, Inspired Teacher’s President of India Award, Springer Nature Editor of Distinction Award, DST-DFG award, IIT Delhi Alumni Faculty Award, Distinguished Scientist Award, Dr. S. S. Prof. Ahmad has been figured in World Top 2% Scientists for consecutive six years since 2020 in both coveted lists including career long by Stanford University, USA.

Prof. Dr. Lejla Pojskic is a Science Advisor at the Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology and a tenured professor at the University of Sarajevo in Genetics and Biotechnology. Her research focuses on human molecular genetics and targeting of disease using omics and nanobiotechnology. Integrated significant international collaboration experience into the fruitful expertise (University of Antwerp, Eppendorf University, UN-ICMP, Erasmus Plus, COST). She has co-authored over 130 publications, nine textbooks, and mentored eight PhD candidates, two of whom are in progress. Prof. Pojskic contributed to the development of a DNA-based human identification protocol for skeletal remains (2000-2003) and has been involved in clinical research and strategic planning since 2007, including COVID-crisis management. She is an active member of several genetic societies, including Genetics Society in B&H, IUBMB, ESHG, and EBTNA.
