Sungho Kim is a Professor of Computer Science at PSU California, and the CEO of Hyundai Global Software Center, with extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mobility Technology, Digital Transformation, and Smart Computing Solutions. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Korea University in 2017, along with an M.S. degree in Computer Information and Communication Engineering from Korea University and an B.S. degree in Computer Science from Yonsei University. Deniz Çelikkaya is a dual-qualified solicitor admitted to the Senior Courts of England and Wales and the Turkish Bar, a certified AI auditor, and the founder of Atka Legal. She graduated with honours from university and holds a Master's degree in EU Law from Marmara University, where her thesis examined the ethical concerns of artificial intelligence in the criminal justice system. She is a Fellow at London VC Network and an active member of the International Association of Algorithmic Auditors (IAAA) and ForHumanity. She specialises in AI governance including AI risk management under the EU AI Act, algorithmic bias mitigation, and the ethical governance of emerging technologies alongside commercial and corporate law, GDPR compliance, and sanctions and trade, with a particular focus on technology transactions involving EU and US sanctions on defence technologies. Rabiah Abdul Kadir is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Visual Informatics, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, with extensive expertise in Computational Linguistics, Intelligent Computing, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. She obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2008 and has more than three decades of academic, research, and industry experience spanning higher education institutions and technology organizations in Malaysia and abroad. She is widely recognized for her dedication to nurturing future researchers and promoting interdisciplinary innovation in artificial intelligence, NLP, and data analytics. She is appointed as a Professional Expert for Artificial Intelligence under the Faizuddin Centre of Educational Excellence (FCoEE) and Visiting Professor at Universitas Deztron Indonesia.

Eveling Sussety Balcázar Paiva is a licensed public accountant, university lecturer, and researcher with experience in academic, accounting, and administrative roles across both the public and private sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in National and International Taxation and a Master’s degree in Business Coaching, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Accounting and Finance. She teaches at the Universidad Señor de Sipán and the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, delivering courses on accounting, accounting regulations, and taxation. Additionally, she has held administrative and accounting positions at institutions and companies such as SENCICO and Agroexportadora Capsicum Andino S.A.C. Nacer Mahouat holds a PhD in Management Sciences, specializing in finance. His research focuses primarily on auditing, accounting, governance, and management. He has authored numerous scientific publications in renowned international journals ranked Q1 and Q2 (notably with Emerald and MDPI). According to Scopus/SciVal rankings, he is the top-ranked researcher at Hassan II University of Casablanca in the fields of auditing and accounting.

"Dr. Reier has been working at the Catholic University of Ávila since 2008, teaching various undergraduate and graduate courses and holding key administrative positions. He is a member of the Dekis Research Group, focusing his research on entrepreneurship and new technologies. Since 2014, he has served as Director of the university’s business school—Ávila Business School—which offers more than ten master’s programs related to business management and new technologies. He is the coordinator of the Official MBA Program and the Official Master’s Program in Business Management, each of which is staffed by more than twenty faculty members. He is also the Director of the Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Leadership; Director of the Master’s in Artificial Intelligence; Director of the Master’s in Digital Transformation; Director of the Master’s in Big Data Architecture; Director of the Master’s in Industry 4.0; and Director of the Master’s in the Internet of Things. Through this Chair, he serves as a mentor in numerous entrepreneurship and business development programs. In terms of teaching, Professor Reier holds a Contracted Doctorate status from the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) and is a tenured professor in numerous undergraduate and official master’s degree courses, with a “Very Satisfactory” rating on the Docentia platform. In the area of research, he has published more than 15 scientific articles in journals with international impact (Q1 and Q2), more than 20 book chapters indexed in the highest-impact databases (SPI Q1), various university study manuals, comprehensive monographs, and has coordinated the publication of numerous scientific works.
